Program design

Our client is one of Australia’s largest employers, with many employees identifying themselves as culturally diverse despite this being underrepresented in the leadership group.

A more culturally diverse workforce supports better decision making and innovation, with mounting evidence suggesting that more diverse organisations consistently outperform. 

For this reason, a shadowing program was set up to help culturally diverse people explore more senior and complex roles. We were asked to create a look and feel for the program and supporting design collateral including a pull up banner, Intranet tiles and an information booklet for hosting leaders.
